Annapolis Lighthouse Birdhouse

Our Annapolis Lighthouse Birdhouse is based on the historic Thomas Point Shoal Lighthouse that is located at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. The Maryland and DC area icon built in 1875 and now unmanned is an automated lighthouse that remains an active weather station and navigational aid. This fully functional birdhouse features two nest boxes with 1 1/4 openings a removable base for yearly cleaning drainage ventilation and an unpainted interior. A custom-fit mounting plate makes installation to a standard wooden 4 X 4 or fence post a snap!
