Dutch Colonial Birdhouse

$179.00

Constructed with today's birds in mind, our charming 1920's Dutch Colonial home sports its distinctive profile. It is not uncommon to hear it described as a "barn house". The double angled, gambrel roof allowed a complete second story to be built at minimal expense. One infamous Dutch Colonial, the Amityville Horror House, situated in a suburban neighborhood in Long Island, New York was the site of a series of mysterious murders. To this day, Amityville residents report paranormal phenomena in and around the house.
